Sperm Agglutination in Infertile Men and The Success Rate of Intrauterine Insemination in Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Puri Bunda Denpasar

Background: Every human being, especially a married couple, wants children. Obstacles to obtaining children are called infertility. One of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) procedures used for treating infertility is intrauterine insemination (IUI), non-invasive procedure with affordable costs. The success IUI influenced by many factors, one which sperm agglutination.
 Objective: This study determined relationship between agglutination and rate procedure.
 Methods: descriptive-analytic cross-sectional approach. sample collection technique uses non-probability. data were medical records male patients diagnosed infertility, aged 25-45 years, undergoing at Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Puri Bunda Denpasar from January July 2022.
 Results: Of 91 samples obtained, 9 people experienced (9,9%), 82 did not experience (90,1%). was 29 (31,9%), 1 person (11.1%) experiencing agglutination, 28 (34,1%) agglutination. Fisher's Exact test carried out has obtained result (p=0.263). And value odds ratio (OR) obtained=0.241)
 Conclusion: concluded that there no significant in infertile men procedure. OR showed included factors affect IUI.
